Infinity Consulting Group and APS Botal Close on Merger to Create One of the premier IT Staffing Companies in the Tri State Area

INFINITY CONSULTING GROUP and APS BOTAL have today completed their previously announced merger. Upon completion of the merger, APS Botal has changed its name to INFINITY CONSULTING GROUP ("INFINITY CONSULTING GROUP, LLC").

The Infinity Consulting Group and APS Botal merger creates a powerful entity focused solely on IT staffing and complementary services. Combined revenues of the merged companies will strengthen the Infinity Consulting Group' service offering and position in the IT staffing industry.
