ICG and the DSL Group Merger Establishes a National Presence with New Offices in Florida and Texas

INFINITY CONSULTING GROUP and the DSL GROUP have completed their previously announced merger. In line with the merger the DSL Group has changed its name to INFINITY CONSULTING GROUP ("INFINITY CONSULTING GROUP, LLC").

The Infinity Consulting Group and DSL Group merger creates one of the Premier U.S. companies focused solely on IT staffing and complementary services, including vendor management, network integration and project solutions services. New locations in Texas and Florida will also significantly enhance the efficacy of the new organization.

Integration activities are underway and are expected to be completed by the end of the forth quarter of 2005. Integration includes combining overlapping offices in 4 geographic regions and the consolidation of corporate functions and information systems.
