The Infinity Consulting Group merges with ProVision Solutions

     January1, 2003,  New York, - The Infinity Consulting Group, a leading IT Consulting and staff augmentation provider, merges with ProVision Solutions, Inc.

The merger opens up a much wider geographical scope for delivery of IT service offerings. The addition of ProVision, Inc., a managed services and IT consulting supplier, adds office locations in New Jersey and Maryland (DC area) to Infinity's already existing New York and Chicago offices. Historically, service offerings for both companies focused in the Northeast and the New York Metro area, but with expansion along the east coast, the ability to form relationships throughout the United States has been greatly facilitated.

The new company's focus is very similar to the missions of the two forming entities and creates a high degree of synergy with its consolidated offerings. Our primary goal, says vice president Larry Letow, is "supplying management services, network integration, and IT consulting to our clients. It's important to us that our clients share in the projects; we don't take over. We supply IT consultants or take on the management of our client's company-wide consultants."
